visualisations, Tools of Hypnobirthing ®. Relaxation sessions/meditations- promoting confidence
and empowerment.
-Physically promoting a more natural holistic approach towards pregnancy
and birth, issues around detoxifying and decongesting in preparing the
body to become 'prime' or 'optimum birth fit' for labour i.e.
incorporating the use of reflexology and massage.
-providing clear information as to the different stages of labour
-understanding the mechanics of labour and how nature can work with us
in reducing time in labour and reducing the potential for complications
in labour.

-hormonal changes, how to maximise these hormones
-How long is it safe to stay at home? When do I go in to hospital? What
can I expect?

-the different types of pain-relief offered in hospitals, with further
understanding in terms of scenarios that can follow,

delivery,
-ways to iniatiate labour naturally, in the event that you go over your
due date of delivery.
-the joy of birth-how to welcome your baby in to your world,
-feeding choices, (a dvd is shown to further assimilate the
breastfeeding information discussed)
-how to look after your newborn,
-you and your partner,
-adjusting to parenthood,
-basic introduction in to infant massage followed by dvd (at present
studying for diploma in infant massage)
-homeopathy for mother and baby.
