A booking form is required. Please see contact details. A 50 euro non-refundable booking deposit is also required and this is redeemed against the final amount on the one-day workshops.
Please book early as places are limited and workshops tend to book up quickly.
There is no deposit required for the 4 weekly programme.
As our Mums-to-be and their partners/birthing companions are spending the day at these classes I am very conscious of their comfort and wellbeing. Positive surroundings, natural light and quiet�are a big priority. Thus location is very important to me.
The Fairgreen Holistic Clinic has been chosen because of its holistic ethos, promoting natural health care and well being, all helping the growth of mind, body and spirit. At the Fairgreen one instantly feels at ease with surroundings conducive to relaxation. Armchairs are provided for support and comfort to Our Mums-to-be. There is also free parking for ante-natal patrons. A complementary information pack is given out, this includes a file and a pregnancy relaxation cd.
Phone support�is offered to the end of pregnancy and for breastfeeding purposes.

There are refreshments,�healthy-eating snacks (these can include chocolate biscuits for the Dads!) available during the day- fruit, Juice and water.
